Ah, autumn. The air is getting cool and crisp. The leaves are beginning to change. It's as if a whole new spirit is in the air. What is your favorite thing about this time of year, AND ... what would you do, if you had a perfect fall day to spend however you wanted?
my favorite time of this year is when the leaves start turning a different color.and what i would do is go play me some ball indoors. because this weather is too cold for me to handle so i stay away from it. thats what i would do in this time of the year.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite thing about this time of year is that Thanksgiving is coming up which means i get to see all of my family. Also i like this time of year because the wheather is so nice it not blazzing hott from the summer and not freezing cold from the upcoming winter it is just right which allows for nice days to be outside. Lastly i like this time of year because it is pretty to watch as all of the tree's turn their own bright fall colors.

well the favorite thing bout fall is it closer to hunting season. i get very hipped up. the perfic fall day would be me hunting and me getting the biggest dear ever. (bout a 25 point) that would be the best fall day ever.
ReplyDeleteWhat I would normally do on a perfect Autumn day would be to drink hot chocolate/cappuccino and get cozy on the couch and watch some TV, or rake leaves if I'm in the mood. Feeling the crisp air is my favorite part, because I backtrack on the memories I have with my family during this time. It's a perfect time just to be family oriented in the fall. And getting cozy :)

My favorite thing about this time of year is when all the leaves change color and its warm outside. In autumn i love to spend a lot of my time outside, and with freinds. I love this time of year because its close to christmas and i LOVE christmas, mostly when it snows though.

During this weather I like to stay inside and stay warm and start to drink hot chocolate for some reason. If I had the perfect day I would try to get together with friends and go hang out and if it was the perfect day that the trees are so beautiful I would take so many pictures and use them for something. Of course I love taking pictures and some times the trees just turn that one color where you just gotta have a picture of it and that is what I do in autumn.
ReplyDeleteI strongly dislike the cold but I do enjoy the colorful leaves. I'd rather have lush trees full of green leaves that are so full of life but...you don't always get what you want. If I had a perfect autumn day to do whatever I wanted, I'd spend it with my mom making weird-yet-creative crafts out of things we find on the ground. Fall is the perfect time for this. Not too long ago her and I picked up bendy sticks at the park off the ground and made a wreath. It was pretty(: So that's what I would do.

My favorite time about this year is going home and eating a big Thanksgiving dinner with my family and see my friends too. If i had a perfect fall day then i would spend that day with my family if my parents didnt have to work and we would rack up all the leaves and play with them and drink hot chocolate and just relax for the day. I would even invite some of my closest friends

My favorite thing about this time of year is deer season. Deer season starts in the fall and hunting is one of my favorite things to do. Another thing I like to do this time of year is to go fourwheeling. If I had a perfect fall day to spend however I wanted I would probably go hunting or ride fourwheelers.

My favorite thing about this time of year is bonfires, hot chocolate, staying home on snow days, and snuggling up by the fireplace and watching movies. I love the beautiful fall colors and going on hikes during this time of year. My perfect fall day would start off with sleeping in then hanging out with a good friend. Go out for coffee and shop around. Then later watch movies or hangout with a group of good friends.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite part about this time of year would have to be the cold and how you get to wrap up in blankets and sweatshirts and sweat pants and wear boots. Also i like the hot chocolate and the fires that you light and sit by. If i were to have a free day in autumn i would spend it sitting on the couch snuggled up to a blanket and pillow watching discovery channel or some type of movie and sleeping through out the day. Oh and i couldnt forget the hot chocolate either.
ReplyDeleteI like the trees changing color becuase were I live all the trees chang to red, orange and Purple! When it is fall I like to go outside more, because it is a lot cooler and not as hot. I like that you know the end of the year is coming and school is going to be out and the holiday season is going to start, and because i get to Florida and see my family and walk on the beach, even though it is to cold. When fall strts I'm excited because the winter is about to start and hoping we will get snow days. I just don't like when all the leaves fall off the trees.

My favorite thing about fall is all the leavings changing, other than that, i don't like it very much. Cold weather, i can't stand. My perfect fall day would be not to hot, but not to cold. Raking leaves with my friends, getting to jump in the pile with them all, and take pictures for memories.

I love this time of year! I love "sweatshirt" weather. The trees paint a beautiful picture that you can look at for only a short time before all the leaves fall off the trees. I love cuddling up with a blanket and sitting on my front porch. If it was a perfect day I would go on a walk with my family. :)

My favorite thing about this time of the year is all of the leaves falling from the trees, and all of the colors of the leaves on the trees. It’s not too cold or to hot outside, it’s just right temperature outside. If I had just one day to whatever I wanted to do I would be outside all day. Just watching the leaves fall and playing games with my little brother.

ReplyDeleteAround this time of year I start getting ready for our christmas weekened of hanging with family, opening presents, eating all the sweets we can standand, and enjoying everyones company. If I had the perfect fall day it would be to lay in bed and read a good book. Drink so hot chocolate, and watch some movies with my sister. The main thing is to just stay warm and enjoy the time with my family.
ReplyDeleteI would sit outside and make a fire and roast marshmellows. I love the way it looks outside this time of year when the leaves change into beautiful fall colors. At my house we have a little fire pit that my cousin and I built and during the summer we made alot of fires and roasted alot of food. It was super fun and I remember one time when my boyfriend made a huge fire and we thought we put it out but we didnt and it was scary and i thought someone was going to call the fire department but then we got the fire out and everything was okay.-ilovejordan10/11/10

ReplyDeleteAutumn is definitively my favorite season! I love the different colors in the trees and the cool air. I sleep with my window open this time of the year as well, the smell of a crisp early morning just seems refreshing to me! The best thing to do this time of year is to walk through the woods and play in all the leaves. Its just absolutely wonderful!
If I had a perfect day like this, I would spend it just relaxing on the roof of my garage.
ReplyDeleteI would bring a sketch book, pencils, and eraser, maybe a book, as well as my phone and IPod for music.
I would sketch the view from my vantage point as well as some other random things that may come to mind. I would read with the warmth of the sun on my back to keep me warm, despite only wearing a light jacket. I would also pet the cats in my neighborhood as they came of to greet me.

ReplyDeleteIf I had a perfect fall day to myself, the first thing I would do is find a bunch of leaves, make it into a massive pile, and jump into it like a frog leaping into a pond. Next, I would go swimming in the nearby lake beach. I would probably enjoy a nice relaxing time, too.
Then I would enjoy the rest of the day with my family, either having our weekly family home evening, or eating a nice dinner. FALL IS AWESOME!!! (but not as awesome as summer.) :D
A perfect to spend to however i wanted to be would have to be hunting with my granddad out in the wood taking a walk even tho it could be cold it is still nice to be outside and waiting for deer to walk bye.

My favorite thing about this time of the year would be the cool breeze. I love just sitting by the lake trying to skip rocks, but I never can. It just reminds me of when my dad would take us down to the lake and let us feed the ducks. That was back when he still lived with us, when he still talked to us. It's kinda the last good memory I had of him.

My favorite thing about this time of year is that it's not to hot and it's not to cold:) If I had a whole day to do whatever I wanted I would take my little sisters to a toy store at the landing and let them get whatever they wanted. Then I would go to stockstil and teach them how to play softball and the tricks to hitting. I would teach them how to be a proper friend and how to treat other's the way they want to be treated. If I had a whole day i would show them how much i love them.

Thanksgiving is clearly the best part about Fall, despite the fact that I hate having company and only enjoy the dinner portion of the day. I enjoy the anticipation for Winter, my favorite season, as well. If I could truly spend the day however I wanted, I would probably spend time with friends. Considering that we are usually always busy however, I could waste time at home cuddling up in a blanket and waiting for the day to pass.

ReplyDeletemy absolute favorite thing about Autumn is the colors of the leaves. my favorite color to see on leaves is bright red. ooh just the way it hits my retina makes me sizzle. (totally joking) and i think that if i could do one awesome thing on my awesome day, i would somehow gather all the bright red leaves from every tree, fill a pool up with all of them, and jump off of the diving board like a million times into it. that would be so awesome. and then i would cover my house in the leaves and use some sort of adhesive junk to make them stay. i would have to coolest house in the neighborhood. but yeah, im pretty sure thats what i would do if i could.
