Thanksgiving, after all, is a word of action. ~W.J. Cameron Mmm, it's almost Thanksgiving!! Family, food, friends, and three days out of school! Tell me, what are you thankful for this year as we approach the season of giving thanks?
I am thankful for my job. The reasoning for that is so that way i have a little extra spending money for me. Also so i can go and get some christmas presents for my family. Another thing i'm thankful for is my lovely parents. That take me to work and take me where I want to go on there days off.
I'm thankful for my teachers because they teach me new things everyday. Thankful for my friends and family for always being there for me through thick and thin. Bubbles96

This year I am very grateful for all the people in my life. My boyfriend for always being by my side and never allowing me to say I am a "failure" even though I am failing English and math this year. My parents fight rarely now and they make everyday a interesting experience. Even though this school year is MUCH different than any other year I have been in, it is still very good. My teachers understand my struggles when it comes to self worth, and my councilor is trying everything he can do to help me with my math grade. Sadly my new English teachers assignments are much harder, and I have a bad grade she still keeps pushing to have me do my best, which is what I try everyday when I walk into her class, which it helps when she says hello with a soft smile. This year my grandfather and some friends of the family are coming to eat Thanksgiving dinner with us which is making me EXCITED! There is only one thing I am not thankful for, and that is the fact I have no job, luckily my friends and family keep saying it is okay and I will find one soon. I hope that you have a GREAT Thanksgiving this year with your family and friends!! Be safe over the holiday and DON'T GO TO BLACK FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Iam thankfull for my family and friends that i have i could not do Anythink without them in my life . they are the reason i live and stay liveing like i am . I love the food we have at thanksgiving ... everyone have a Happy Thanksgiving !!!
I'm thankful for existence. I mean, if you think really deeply about it, there's nothing holding atoms that make up life together. At any point, they could just explode and all life as we know it could cease. BUT they don't! And for that, I am thankful. I rather enjoy living without atomic explosions... I'm also thankful for rights and liberties that are entitled to me by the United States Constitution. Without them, things would be pretty crappy and no one would have any opportunity to succeed, let alone have any fun or relaxation. I'm also pretty thankful... ok, fine... I'm really thankful (probably more than anything) for my truck. My truck means a lot to me, for it is as if I had a child, said child being a truck... which is physically impossible, but we're metaphorically speaking, so it's ok. Point being, don't mess with my truck. Disrespect it, you best be careful. Ever seen a mama bear maul a predator that got too close to defend its baby? Yeah, it'd be like that, only way different. Just as painful though. Anyway, I'm also thankful for the typical, normal boring stuff everyone says. Food, friends, family, opportunity, freedom, religion... All that stuff. -ChooseyMomsChooseJip-
I am most thankful for having my wonderful family that is always there for me whether they live 10 miles away or 180 miles they are always there when I need one of them or even all and I am also thankful for having such a wonderful dad because he has been through a lot, just to try and support me and I thank him so much for that and I just am thankful for the time to have fun and spend with friends and doing fun things. I am thankful for my friends; they know how to make me laugh and I can always be myself around them. God is the main thing I'm thankful for. Without him, there'd be no life, no family, and no laughs...and no turkey! :)

Yes a break from school its wednesday and i'm loving i think everyone needed a break form school! On the other hand though yes it is Thanksgiving and I come come up with a million thongs i'm thankful for but only certain things mean a lot to me and those would be 1- my family most defiantly, 2-my friends and and great school that I have the privilege to be attending and lastly 3- Myself i know it may sound a little self centered but its true if we didn't treat ourselves to thinks and to a little thanks then what would be the point in doing anything important for our lives if there isn't a reward. Honestly, I am thankful for my family most out of all the great things I have. I love them dearly, and wouldn't be where I am today without them. Well im thankful for a ton of stuff and a couple of those things are god, my family, friends, the ability to play sports, and the ability to learn. I really like thanksgiving because we get to miss school and eat really good food. This year was the first year I've ever gone black Friday shopping and I was one of the dumbest things ever gone. We went to tanger and it took ab hour and a half to find a parking spot and then I only bought one thing but I feel like it was a good purchase.
I am Thankful for my caring family and my close friends who are always there for me no matter what. I am especially thankful for my wonderful boyfriend who I finally get to spend christmas with this year. Going on 10 months and super happy.:)I am also thankful that my brother moved all the way from Colorado to Branson to finish his senior year here and that we get along so well. *Cheer47*

this year im thankful to have my grandma at least one more year for thanksgiving. she had cancer last year and didnt think she was going to make it but she did. then she got cancer once again this year for the second time but we were lucky to spend the wounderful holiday with her. also im thankfl for my wounderful family and the things my mom has done! sweetpea10

It is difficult to say what I truly am thankful for since so much trial and tribulation has occurred in my life in the past couple months. I suppose I can be thankful for my friends for helping me in my time of need and supporting me in general. My friend in Canada, who is like a brother to me, always seems to keep my future bright with his words. I am also grateful for all of my superiors, staying patient and cooperative with me despite the fact that I have been undeserving of it.
I am very thankful for a lot of things, but mainly I'm thankful for my friends and family that are always here for me. If I didn't have them pushing me to do things I don't know where I would be. You know what I'm thankful for? Humor. I mean, what would the world be like if there was none? I'll tell you what it would be like. It would be dull and lame and lame and dull. Humor is my way of saying "hey world! I love... The world!" Did you know that laughter is like medicine? When I'm sick, I try to laugh as much as possible because it always seems to make me feel better both emotionally and physically. It's pretty sweet. People that don't laugh a lot should. It really gets me down when people don't have humor in their life. So I try to give it to em. But that's what I'm thankful for the most. Steven

ReplyDeleteIt is difficult to say what I truly am thankful for since so much trial and tribulation has occurred in my life in the past couple months. I suppose I can be thankful for my friends for helping me in my time of need and supporting me in general. My friend in Canada, who is like a brother to me, always seems to keep my future bright with his words. I am also grateful for all of my superiors, staying patient and cooperative with me despite the fact that I have been undeserving of it.
ReplyDeleteI am very thankful for a lot of things, but mainly I'm thankful for my friends and family that are always here for me. If I didn't have them pushing me to do things I don't know where I would be. I am also thankful for the roof over my head and being able to go to school and get an education unlike other kids around the world. I love thanksgiving it's one of my favorite times of the year.

I am thankful for a lot, but mostly my friends and family. I love having great parents that are easy to talk to, and friends that are always there for me. Most of all, Im thankful for my three little sisters. Even though they annoy me most of the time, I dont know what I would do without them.

ReplyDeleteI'm thankful for the friends that I have. Without them, I don't know where I'd be. I'm also thankful for the love that I've found here while going to this school.
ReplyDeleteIm thankful for my friends, family, life, a good education, freedom, and last but least my faith! There are so many things to be grateful for. Most of the time they are things we take for granted. Everyday you should take time to think off all the blessings in your life and not focus on everything going wrong. It can really turn your day around.

You know what I'm thankful for? Humor. I mean, what would the world be like if there was none? I'll tell you what it would be like. It would be dull and lame and lame and dull. Humor is my way of saying "hey world! I love... The world!" Did you know that laughter is like medicine? When I'm sick, I try to laugh as much as possible because it always seems to make me feel better both emotionally and physically. It's pretty sweet. People that don't laugh a lot should. It really gets me down when people don't have humor in their life. So I try to give it to em. But that's what I'm thankful for the most.
